Swabian Museum of Liquor:
the city of Bönnigheim is home to a real treasure, definitely worth seeing : the Schwäbisches Schnapsmuseum (Swabian Museum of Liquor) . It is the largest collection of the cultural history and technology of distilling alcohol within Germany, if not worldwide.
Personally, I find the substantial collection of confiscated distillators to be highly interesting. Two of the distillators shown were even built secretly by prisoners!
Since the collection is based primarily on a hobby and on a non-profit basis, the standard opening hours are somewhat limited, namely from May till September, Sunday between 14 and 17 o'clock (or after special agreement). Nevertheless, I definitely recommend to visit this museum!
Since the head of the museum is informed about this cache, it would be nice, if you would tell him that your visit to the museum is is based on this cache.
By the way: Due to the surrounding buildings, the coordinates are not the very best.

Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und die Logs auf geocaching.com (GC287WQ) lassen darauf schließen, das der Cache nicht mehr zu finden ist. Aus diesem Grunde archiviere ich ihn auch hier. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben, so kann dieses Listing durch den Owner selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.

Ein kleiner nasser Spaziergang führte mich und xtqx1 nach Bönnigheim und so kamen wir auch an diesem Cache vorbei.

Zusammen mit Lettertrolline wurde heute Bönnigheim ein wenig erkundet. Unterwegs stolperten wir förmlich über diesen Tradi. Das Döslein konnte rasch entdeckt werden.

Gestern in Pfedelbach Tag der offenen Brennerei, heute Schnapsmuseum. Langsam mach ich mir Sorgen. Aber heute war ich nur vor der Tür.
