If the hints do not help and instead you see high-water marks (for sure interesting, too), then you are on the wrong level, you have to move to the 1. floor (everything open-air and free accessible)!
The cache can only be reached through the flower yard, so you have to pass an always open gate. Then go up. To do so, please notice the provided reference point.
Only during the Megaevent "Project Eck" between 28.6. - 30.6.2013 the cache was placed below with same coordinates as special-version!

Zusammen mit Samutprakan besuchten wir nach der Blockparty Koblenz. Nachdem wir irgendwann den richtigen Zugang zu dem Interessenten Ort fanden, konnte sich die Dose nicht mehr lange versteckten.

Heute war wieder Fahrradtour in und um Koblenz angesagt.
Hier kamen wir dabei auch vorbei und wurden am GZ fix fündig.

Wow, das an solch einem vermuggelten Ort eine Dose so lang überlebt. Nicht schlecht.
Dank Hint konnte fix zugegriffen und flott geloggt werden.
