Vatertag 2004

I hid my second cachoe in this beautiful landscape on a pretty warm "fathersday" afternoon. Somebody told me that there is a new pavilion (N 48°25.376 E 8°02.412) with anice view. The hiding-place it self is not so spectacular, what counts is the path and the landscape.
Good walker may start the hike in Gengenbach, turn at Kornebene and hike back by passing my other cache "5 Blicke".
Or you can continue to the Mooskopf (Gengenbach's highest elevation with roughly 900 NN) and return via the cache "Sondersbach 3".
Lots of possibilities!

This is definintly no "Drive-In-Cache". From Gengenbach, you have to climb about 300 meters and it is a 8 km round-trip (just Gengenbach - Cache - Gengenbach). The paths are suitable from wheelchars (beside the difference in altitude). Thanks to Lothar, the hurrican which passed the Black Forest on Christmans 1999, there are now plenty of viewpoints. And it is nice to see the nature comming back - even more beautiful than before.
