This cache is placed along the way up to Paysaje Lunar, a
spectacular geological formation caused by erosion (earth
pyramids).
The box is a small 0,45l container, hidden under a heap of stones
aside the track.
If you want to make the tour to Paisaje Lunar, calculate one day
for the trip including breaks and picknicks - the hike can not be
done within 2-3 hours, like some guidebooks claim. For safety
reasons take a good flashlight and batteries with you - we needed
one, as we have started too late and nightfall was coming early in
winter.
You have to start the hike in Vilaflor at the Plaza Doctor Pérez
Cázeres (following the official signs) or at the given alternative
parking coordinates (longer but easier track).
The site of Paisaje Lunar itself owns already a traditional cache
by lacruz18 (GCRKVM) and hopefully soon an Earthcache (still
creating the listing...).

Für meinen letzten Tag auf der Insel suchte ich mir diese schöne Wanderung von Vilaflor bis zum Paisaje Lunar und über den Campingplatz wieder zurück nach Vilaflor.
Es war eine fantastische Wanderung bei bestem Wetter.
Das Highlight waren natürlich die bizarren Felsformationen am Paisaje Lunar.
Die Caches auf dem Weg konnten vor allem dank der Hinweisbilder alle gut gefunden werden. Teilweise musste auch mal etwas länger gesucht werden.
Schön fand ich auch die markanten Bäume, die die Caches manchmal beherbergten.

Auf unserer heutigen Tour zur "Mondlandchaft" konnte dieser cache sich nicht vor uns verstecken.
Die Strecke war wirklich schön.

Auch dieser schöne Cache konnte nahe unseres Quartieres in San Miguel de Abona gefunden werden.
