This is a safari cache. In order to log it, you should fulfill the following task:
Find a stone cross, that wasn't logged before, take at least one picture of it and post it together with the exact coordinates in your log.
Stone cross are very abundant in Middle Europe. You can often find one in forest or even middle in the town. They were build as a part of an exemption for commiting heavy crimes, as thanksgiving or for commemorating purposes. They are beautiful witnesses of history.
This is a virtual Safari-Cache. It isn't placed on any predefined location, but can be logged anywhere. The given coordinates are only an example

Xanten, Kurpark Südwall, N 51 39.505 E 006 27.435
Als ich heute vormittag durch mein schönes Xanten spaziert bin, habe ich auch wieder einige Orte entdecken können, die sich zum Loggen diverser Safari-Caches eignen. Zuerst bin ich am Bibelgarten im Kurpark vorbeigekommen. Dort steht eine betende Frau, die ein Kreuz im Arm hält. Mal eine etwas andere Darstellung, als nur ein einzelnes Steinkreuz. Danke für die originelle Cacheidee.

Heute war ich in Rotkreuz ( Schweiz, Kanton Zug ) und konnte dieses rote Steinkreuz bei N 47 08.481 E 008 25.686 entdecken.
Es ist DAS Symbol des Ortes.

Dieses Steinkreuz steht in Bredenbeck an den Koordinaten
N 52° 15.323' E 009° 37.118'
Es handelt sich um das so genannte Ostkreuz, das zum Gedenken an die Flucht nach dem Weltkrieg aufgestellt wurde. Die Inschrift lautet: Den Toten unserer ostdeutschen Heimat.
Das Denkmal wurde im Jahr 2009 im Zuge der Aktion Gartenregion Hannover mit öffentlichen Mitteln und Spenden saniert.
