This is a virtual safari-cache. It is not bound to an explicit place, the task can be solved on different places.The coordinates in the header are only an example.
More caches with the atribute "Safari-Cache" can be found with the 'search'.
You can find all possible Safari-caches on the "safari-cache-map".
Following the link you will find this Cache and the logs here on the map.

There are scouts in Germany, Austria, Swiss and, of course, all over the world (except in five states, where scouts are vorbidden).

All is based on the idea of Robert Baden Powel, who started this movement with the first scoutcamp on brownsea island in 1907

WOSM WAGGS

Every year, kids and youth go, as an highlight in the scoutyear, with their leaders on summercamp. Sometimes they join a big international camp, sometime they go with other scoutgroups, sometime they just use a medow somewhere in the nowhere allone.

But now to this safari:

Find a scoutcampsite

Maybe you are on summercamp, maybe you see scouts on summercamp (it doesn't mather from which headorganisation, but they have to be member of WAGGGS or WOSM). Maybe the campsite is a small property of a scoutgroup which can be used for summercamp, maybe it's only a house where you can go with your scoutgroup. Or maybe, it is a big international scoutsite.

how to log:

* Write the coordinates of the scoutcampsite. (Format "N/S DD MM.MMM E/W DDD MM.MMM")

* Take some fotos from the campsite with scouts using it. Maybe we can also see the surrounding.

* If you are a scout, it would be nice if we see your scoutsalute on the picture or some other scoutgedget from you.

* If you are not a scout, just "like" the foto (thumb up in the picture)

* Every campsite may have multible loggs from different people.

* Every cacher may log more scouting campsites, but from the second on, please use only the hint-log.

Additional:

- If you are a scout, please describe (if you want) who you are, which scoutgroup you join and how it comes that you are on this campsite.

- If you know more of this campsite (e.g. about the owner, infrastructure, how many scouts can camp there or sleep in the house), write it down. Maybe you can serve email or webaddress of the campsite or of your scoutgroup, if you have summercamp there, so interested logreaders can ask for more information.

- Please do NOT LOG scouthouses with no possibilty to stay overnight, no headquaters and so. They may be logged on an other safari:Scoutinghomes on OC12AB5).

Der Verband Christlicher Pfadfinderinnen und Pfadfinder (VCP) Land Sachsen ist Teil der Evangelischen Jugend in Sachsen. Naturverbundenheit, eigenes Erleben und Tun sowie die Orientierung am Evangelium Jesu sind Grundlagen seiner Arbeit. Auf der Basis dieses Selbstverständnisses sind dort alle willkommen: Kinder und Erwachsene, Junge und Alte, Schüler und Lehrer, Menschen mit und ohne Behinderungen …

Mein Juniorcacher war hier mit seiner Klasse zum Teo-Camp (http://evangelische-haeuser.evangelisch.de/haeuser/3400/freizeit-und-pfadfinderheim-hoefgen-des-vcp-land-sachsen)
und fand das echt supi 👍👍👍

Da wurden auf dem schönen Gelände viele große Zelte aufgestellt und es gab viel zu erleben.
Heute, als ich die Fotos machte, war natürlich kein Zelt mehr zu sehen. Die stehen erst wieder im nächsten Sommer.

Dieser Log soll (auf Wunsch) als Beispiel dienen. Ich hab halt in diesem Fall keine Zeichen oder Gadgets in das Foto gehalten.

TPZ - Tiroler Pfadfinder Zentrum

Die Platzkoordinaten sind die, dieses Safaricaches

Mitten im Bobbahngelände nahe Innsbruck gelegen. Von uns Tiroler Pfadis gerne für Wochenendlager genutzt.
Gruppen, welche von weiter kommen sind sehr gerne im Sommer hier. Aber auch im Winter könnte man ein Kurzlager, auch zum Schiefahren, machen.

Im Haupthaus können bis zu 60 Personen Platz finden, auf den umliegenden Wiesen können locker 400 Jugendliche lagern.

Näheres kann man auf der HP erfahren.

Die Fotos sind von mehreren Gelegenheiten.

Auch vom SAM, einem RaRo Bundestreffen im Jahr 2013.
In einem workshop auf diesem Lager wurden auch rund um das TPZ Caches gelegt (jetzt auch auf OC).
z.B. OC13534 , OC13517 ..........

Neben weiteren Caches in der Nähe des Geländes möchte ich auch noch auf "Im Namen der Lilie" (OC1359A) hinweisen. Auch ein echter Pfadicache (durfte ich vor kurzem mit Genehigung vom Orginalowner auf OC veröffentlichen).
