The olive oil producer
The olive oil producer carefully selects olives and brings them to the factory on the same day. It is preferred to make the production with cold system without using heat. Thus, it remains as if it is biological matter which is very important for olive oil. Olive oil is one of the most important livelihoods of Datça and Aegean Region.
