We do not know what happens to cache robbers. However, sometimes
we may think of old times. In earlier days, robbers quite often
ended up at the gallows. Although this is definitely inhuman,
sometimes one was compensated with a beautiful view in the end. In
particular, the Triberg gallows at N 48° 05.872', E 008°
15.605' have a magnificient view. And not too far away (just 45 m),
you can find the cache (at the specified cache coordinates), which
is dedicated to hanged robbers.
If you need some refreshment afterwards, you may want to take the short hike to Stöcklewaldturm (N 48 05.488', E 008 15.227'), where you can get drinks and small meals (Monday closed). In case you have more time, you may also want to search for the multi-cache Im Stocker si Kremli-Bix (GCJJ8G).

Da Tiger und ich eh schon "auf der Höhe" waren, haben wir gleich noch diesen Cache mitgenommen ... schöner Platz, wenn auch mit schauriger Geschichte ...
