You can start the cache from two sides. Either of N 49°18.026 - E 007°24.446 or of N 49°16.626 E 007°25.224. The road is in bad condition (many beat holes), but however it can be used with a normal car. It's a public road (old connecting road) and can be used without concern. You should consider the signs (safety area) at the left or right side of the road (it depends from witch side you start) and do not go off the way. The cache lies outside of this area of course.
You can park at N 49°17.147 E 007°24.521. Now the cache is nearby. The cache is hidden in the proximity of the ruin of a restaurant. Notes:
- After rain, it could be muddy. Firm footwear is advisable!
- In summer put on long trousers or carry them with you, because of stinging-nettles or something like that.
- The GPS-reception is sometimes poor because of the valley and the trees.
- If possible, don't make it as a Night Cache. The deer will be thankful.

Heute stand ein Ausflug nach Zweibrücken auf dem Programm. Dabei musste auch unbedingt ein Abstecher zu diesem Oldie gemacht werden. Am Anfang des Weges habe ich mich gefragt, ob ich laufen oder fahren soll. Aber dann habe ich den Parkplatz in der Cachebeschreibung entdeckt. Und damit war die Entscheidung gefallen. Dank guter Beschreibung war die Dose vor Ort gut zu finden. Danke für den Cache und den Erhalt dieses Oldies.

Das schöne Wetter lockte uns heute in diesen Wald, um noch ein paar Dosen zu suchen. Obwohl die Koords ziemlich schwankten, war die Höhle gleich entdeckt. Dank des Spoilerfotos war die Dose auch gut zu finden. Wow, tolle Tauschgegenstände! Wir waren kurz positiv überrascht.
Hier passte alles, dafür gibt es auch einen FP auf Geocaching.com.
Also ganz lieben Dank fürs Legen und Pflegen in der schönen Location!
