At the coordinates you will find the Södra Torget in front of the Stadshotellet. The point is located in a idyllic small town in Värmland at the Vänern.
The url is of the webcam is http://www.kristinehamn.se/forvaltningar/hem/webbkamera.asp

On the taken photo you either should spread out your arms or hold a white piece of paper in your hand (direction webcam). An example-picture you can see on this page or here. If I can not see a white piece of paper in your hand oder spreading arms, your log-entry will be deleted!
Post the taken picture with your log-entry.

Please, before beginning the Cache-trip make sure that the Webcam works.
