This is a virtual safari-cache. It is not bound to an explicit place, the task can be solved on different places.The coordinates in the header are only an example.

Following the link you will find this Cache and the logs here on the map.
There are scouts in Germany, Austria, Swiss and, of course, all over the world (except in five states, where scouts are vorbidden).
All is based on the idea of Robert Baden Powel, who started this movement with the first scoutcamp on brownsea island in 1907

Scoutgroups have some kind of home or base.
To this safari:
Find a scouthome. (no mather which local organisation, as long they ar member of WAGGGS or WOSM)
How to log:
* Write the scoutgroup, the town/village and the coordinates of the homebase. (Format "N/S DD MM.MMM E/W DDD MM.MMM")
* Take some fotos from the scoutbase. Maybe we can also see the surrounding.
* If you are a scout, it would be nice if we see your scoutsalute on the picture or some other scoutgedget from you.
* If you are not a scout, just "like" the foto (thumb up in the picture)
* Each home may be logged only once.
* Every cacher may log more scouting homes, but from the second on, please use only the hint-log.
some additional things, only because its interesting
- take a photo from the plate near the dor from the scoutgroup, if available
- describe in some words, which scoutorganisation the group belongs and maybe how many people are member at this time
- give some info about email and homeage of the scoutgroup in this home.
! please do not log only campsites or houses only for scoutcamps. You can log this on Campsites on Safari-OC1341A. You should realy log only homes of scoutgroups where they work over the year with kids and youth.

Da die Anzahl der OC-Caches in meiner Gegend ziemlich überschaubar ist, widme ich mich momentan lieber den Safari-Caches, allerdings meist andersrum: Ich finde Motive und suche die passenden Safaris dazu :-)
Das Motiv für den Safari-Cache ** Safari - Scouting Homes ** habe ich hier gefunden:

Hier im Lindauertor in Memmingen hat der Stamm Aragon seinen Stammsitz. Ich finde, diese Gruppe hat einen noblen Sitz:-)

Die Aufgabe: Finde Pfadfinder-Heime und Stützpunkte
Teamlog RW71 & elmofant
Auf gemeinsamer 🚴Cache-Tour "Rund um Lembeck" konnten wir
bei N 51 45.103 E 007 02.172
das gesuchte Objekt, das Pfadfinder - Heim Schule Beck, entdecken.
Fix das Smartphone gezückt und die Anwesenheit im Bild festgehalten.

Mit dem elmofant auf Tour. Heute stand der Trail rund um Lembeck auf dem Programm . Gerade am Startpunkt losgefahren haben wir dieses Pfadfinder Heim gesehen, schnell ein paar Fotos gemacht, um eine weitere Safari zu erfüllen.

Letztens sind wir bei einem beeindruckenden Pfadfinderheim in Zwettl vorbei gekommen, da habe ich aber leider kein brauchbares Logfoto gemacht.
In Wien sind die Pfadfinder meist Untermieter von Pfarren, wie hier bei einem Pfarrkindergarten.
Die besuchte Gruppe ist die Gruppe 60

Bei einer morgendlichen Radtour mit dem Junior war unser Ziel der Huthpark im Frankfurter Norden. Hier gibt es neben viel Wiesen und Grün, einige Sportgeräte/Fitness-Anlagen und eben auch eine Pfadfinder-Homebase...
