The above coordinates are NOT the location of this webcam (source). But they indicate the area where it is located, with a deviation of some dozen or hundred meters.

Things that we know:

In the right background of the picture there is an antenna mast.
The camera roughly looks to the east.
The thing is illuminated at night.
It should be near a path, for maintenance access.

Now, your task is to find the measuring device, and to save a webcam picture with you besides of it! Please indentify yourself as a geocacher, e.g. by showing a personal item to the camera.

If you succeeded, it is your choice to disclose the exact coordinates of the device or not. If you tell the coords, then this listing will be converted into an ordinary D1 webcam geocache.
