Parken kann man bei 48 46.174 13 41.370 Nach der befestigten Strasse bitte am Wiesen, und Waldrand zu
Wegpunkt 48 46.009 13 41.367. Von dort aus dem Wanderweg Nr 7 Hochsteinweg folgen.
Der Hochstein ist der südliche Ausläufer des Pfahl der sich durch den ganzen Bayr. Wald zieht.
Es ist eine Bank für eine kleine Brotzeitpause vorhanden.
