At the point where you are, from 1914 to 1931, there was a tram stop.
We are talking about the Montebelluna - Asolo section which passed through the municipalities of Caerano S. Marco and Maser with a length of about 15 km.
This section in turn was connected with a second line, of about 16 km
that connected the cities of Montebelluna and Valdobbiadene.
Unfortunately these tramways remained in operation for just under 18
years. In fact, due to the 1st World War and the advent of internal
combustion engines, there was a steady decline in the number of
passengers transported and, consequently, in the proceeds for the
Venetian Company which opted for the closure of the two tram lines,
which took place on 31 March 1931.
