You can park your car at 50°21'56.14"N 12°29'2.21"O (this is the „Unter Waldgut), because the rest of the road is closed. So take care of your car and walk (unless you have a jeep). You can also go there by bus. Then you have to park at the Klingenthal marketplace at 50°21'30.25"N 12°28'6.42"O and drive with bus number T48 to the „Wendeschleife“. Maybe you want to walk all the way up just start too at the marketplace.
If you walk from Waldgut, you passing by the „Kamerun“. Some decades ago this was an old inn. You can walk the way with your children or you can go by bike.
This cache rewards its finder with a beautiful panorama view over the center of Klingenthal up to Zwota (50°21'15.72"N 12°25'56.10"O) and Schöneck (50°23'38.87"N 12°20'27.47"O). From here you can see the marketplace with the townhall, the church and the school. To the north at the hill are the settlements „Obere und Untere Dreihöf“ which remembers of the cultivation of these hills.
From the cache you can walk direct to the valley. At the tavern „Alte Schule“ (50°21'24.95"N 12°28'4.65"O) you can rest and relax and drink some cool beer.

Zum Samstag ging es heute mal wieder mit der ganzen Truppe nach Klingenthal. Unser Ziel war dabei vor allem die Körnerbergrunde, ein paar Dosen auf dem Weg wurden aber auch mit eingesammelt 😄
Auf der Runde konnte uns unser einheimischer Cachervater so einiges über seine Kindheit im klingenden Tal erzählen. Die Dosen waren in der Regel schnell gefunden und so konnten wir die schönen Ausblicke und die Ruhe abseits der Stadt genießen 👍
Hier standen wir über den Dingen, mit einem schönen Blick über Klingenthal. Dabei konnten wir diese etwas ältere Dose in gutem Zustand vorfinden 🙌

Ein neuer Urlaubsherbsttag, ein neues Erlebnis. Nun fuhren wir Richtung Klingenthal und hatten uns die Runde um den Körnerberg auserkoren.
Dabei kamen wir auch an dieser Aussicht vorbei. Das Döslein war gut zu finden und wir konnten es mit unserem Teamnamen LaReMino verzieren.
Uns hat die Wanderung gut gefallen, da sie nicht nur auf breiten Wegen lang führt.

Auf der Körnerberg-Runde sind wir noch an diesem Cache vorbei gekommen. Die Tiere haben die Weide gut abgegrast, so konnten wir dann gut zu unserem CM laufen. Wirklich eine schöne Aussicht. Die Dose müsste mal gewartet werden, Logbuch ist voll und der Inhalt nicht sehr ansehnlich.
Der Standort ist wirklich erhaltens wert.
