S'Architieddu Lupiru is located about 350m above the sea in the
midst of a lonely karst landscape. It is an impressive rock with a
few meters in diameter and a height of about 30m. However, the most
striking feature is the naturally formed hole: by a height of 15m
it frames a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Cala Gonone and the
free-standing rock arch provides various photo opportunities. A
trekking path connects the coves Cala Luna and
Cala Sisine. S'Architieddu is just a few meters away and therefore
it can be easily reached from the wildest trek in Italy, "Selvaggio
Blu".

On our todays hiking trip from Cala Sisine to Cala Gonone we also walk
along this beautiful arc. We just decided to take a litte rest at this
nice place and enjoy the nice view from here. Of course we need this
moment to take a look for the cache and found it easily :)
