Vor dem Rudelcachen in der Innenstadt haben Lalex und ich die Zeit genützt, um JW_R's Cache noch vor der angekündigten Deaktivierung zu heben.
Da hat sich ja ein schöner Haufen Spielzeug angesammelt!

Die Seniorendame wird sich was von mir gedacht haben, als ich am loggen war, ich glaub aber nicht dass sie nachschauen geht... [;)]

Eigentlich wollte ich diesen Cache heute im Zuge des Waldlehrpfades Leechwald mitmachen, aber da ich vor lauter Ratschen mit meiner Freundin Daniela den Pfad verloren habe, ist es eben "nur" der Katharina-Cache geworden.

Aber ein sehr netter Spaziergang war es auf alle Fälle, und ich werde jetzt öfter hier laufen gehen, dann passt's für den Waldlehrpfad-Cache auch mal.

IN: Hacky-Sack für Kathi, TB LUCKY CHARM und GC Salzburg City für ein paar Icon-Sammler... (Die Box könnte durchaus einmal eine Leerung vertragen, und Katharina wartet sicher schon auf neue Spielsachen.)

nachdem ich diesen schönen cache bei seinem erscheinen glatt übersehen habe (shame on me) bin ich heute endlich dazu gekommen diesem schönen ereignis tribut zu zollen.

Dieses TB-Hotel hat sich ein bisschen gewehrt gefunden zu werden. Schließlich klappte es aber doch noch. Ist die Cachegröße "Regular" absichtlich so gewählt? Ich persönlich würde eine andere bevorzugen, aber das ist ja nicht so wichtig...

Nachdem mich mein GPS beinahe im Stich gelassen hat, dann doch noch losdüsen können.
Im Zielgebiet angekommen hörte ich es im Wald schon rascheln:
Cezanne, ein paar Minuten vor mir angekommen hat ihren Vorsprung ausgenützt und konnte die Box vor mir bergen.
Gewagtes Versteck, auf dass die Box lange lebe!

I went for this cache quite late, as I had originally planned to do it with grizz-gps but as usual he had no time. After leaving my bike close-by I first tried to find the cache box with a small flashlight without much success. Therefore I decided to get out the "little" flashlight:
*snip* *BRRRZzzzzz* (imagine the smell of wood busting into flames when being in the path of the beam) "oh right, there it is!"

Since two weeks I am desperately searching for a cache where I could put off j_blue's Geo-Joe TB. I needed a cache that still gets frequent visits and that can be found in Winter as well.
Yesterday night I decided to bring the TB to the cache 12 which I have found already as a lot of my fellow cachers have not yet found it.

When I saw this cache on oc.de I changed my plans and decided to go for this cache as this cache can be conveniently accessed by bike and there was no need to take the car. So oc.de also contributed a small little piece to protecting the environment as I would not have seen the cache early enough on gc.com.

I accessed the cache mostly trackless as the know the area very well. When I had searched for two minutes, I saw a biker passing by and I knew immediately that it was orotl.
I had expected the cache to be a bit farther off the paths. A few minutes after the appearance of orotl I found the cache and took it away from its hideout as it would have been too dangerous to log directly at the hideout.

The container is very well filled at the moment. It would have been hard to put into a toy even if I had one with me which was unfortunately not the case. I have no children and thus no toys at home and today is Sunday. One of the TBs in the cache is very large (the bear). Hopefully someone will take it in order to create more space for toys. (Note added: I just realized that the bear belongs to the hiders of the cache. I recommend that the bear is put into a plastic bag to protect it from getting wet and dirty. Maybe the person who takes the bear with it can help the bear.) It appears that rabat has saved some TBs during the past period, at least TBs where the attached item fits the topic of this cache.

The hideout is somewhat daring. Be careful when taking out and when rehiding the cache. Hopefully, the cache will persist for a longer time. It would be nice if Katharina could be shown the cache in 2 years.

After having found the cache, I extended my walk through the forest as to my big surprise the sun was shining today.

I am already looking forward to meeting Katharina.
