The name: The Aachener distinctive mark is the
"Klenkes"-hand signal. With the Klenkes Aachener greet each
other all over the world if they recognize another
Aachener-licence plate on journeys.This Event steps into the shoes of the Klenkes 2004 Event.
The Event takes place on 06.08.2005 in the southwest of Aachen on the border to Kelmis on the terrain of a youth-campsite (Hergenrather Weg).
On this terrain you can barbecue, there is sanitary equipment (also showers) and a completly equipped kitchen. Like in the last year we have to take an entry fee, this time 4€ per person. Again you have the possibility to stay overnight on the terrain (you need a tent). On the next morning we will have a compenionable breakfast (no need to hurry, the terrain is still ours the hole Sunday). If youi want to stay overnight, you'll have to pay 4€ per person again.
Like in the last year we will sell drinks at fair prices and El Achimo will have his huge fungi-pan to cook for us. A Grill and implements are available. Please bring all other things you need by yourself.
You should start in groups of 4 or 6 cachers. So get together and think about a nice teamname. ;-)
All caches will be available in German and English. If there should be any problem with the translation, there will also be some Dutch or francophone Cachers who can help you!
When you know if you'll attend the event or not, please log it here. Tell us how many people you are and if you want to stay overnight, so we can plan better.
Oh, if you want to stay overnight also from Friday to Saturday, just tell us and we will find something for you!

na dann logge ich den "Nacktcache" auch noch schnell [:)]. Das härteste was ich im dunkeln je machen musste ..... nackte Angst sage ich nur .... bei so vielen Irrlichtern !

Natürlich waren wir auch dabei und haben jede Sekunde genossen, obwohl die Zeit zum Cachen kaum reichte!

Natürlich haben wir uns den Nachtcache nicht entgehen lassen. Nach etwas Schlangestehen konnte wir dann auch loggen [;)]

Mein Schatzzzzz !!!!
Der Nachtcache war mein Schatz. Alle anderen des Team habe ich in die Dunkelheit gejagt, bis sie es gemerkt haben das ich auf dem Cache sitze [:D] Nur Aquaria hattes etwas anderes vermutet bei meiner Sitzhaltung.......... Schäm dich Aquaria [;)]

Den Nachtcache habe ich natürlich auch noch mitgemacht.
Die Idee war gut und das zur Verfügung stehende Gelände wurde bestmöglich ausgenutzt. Vielleicht hätte man den Start etwas anders organisieren sollen. So ist es ein Extremrudelcaching-Event geworden und so ist es auch nur logisch den Cache als Event zu loggen.

Obwohl ich erst spät gekommen bin, konnte ich doch noch ein paar Caches machen. Nette Leute kennengelernt oder wiedergetroffen und gut gegrillt. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt, es war weder zu heiß noch zu naß.
Vielen Dank an das Organisatorenteam für die perfekte Organisation und morgen komme ich noch zum Frühstück.

Schön gemacht und gut organisiert, und das Wetter hielt auch - zumindest bis wir fahren mussten, da die Tochter den Schlüssel vergessen hatte.[:(!] Darum war es eigentlich zu kurz... Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle Organisatoren und viele Grüße an alle Teilnehmer,

Es war das erste Event für uns, war ganz nett dabeigewesen zu sein. Leider mussten wir aber früher weg und konnten nicht bis zum Abend bleiben, deshalb nehmen wir die TB´s auch wieder raus um sie in Klenkes 2005 Caches zu legen, damit sie andere mit zur TB-Tombola nehmen können.
Vielen Dank an alle Organisatoren für die Arbeit und Mühen!!!! [:D]
!!! ACH JA !!! Die größte Herrausforderung des Tages war der "Hackfresse Memorial Event Cache". [;)]
