INFO:
The way to the cache is approx. 1 km long, the pure walking time is about 20 min. The tour is practical with a Mountain Bike, but not with a buggy or a wheelchair! Walking footwear is recommended. You can get to the parking place, only if you are coming from direction Pirmasens. If you are coming from direction Landau, you have to take the exit Wilgartswiesen, turn around and drive back to direction Landau.
START:
Parking place and starting point is: 49°13.441N, 7°54.552E.
Leave the parking place in direction East and take the first way
left, downwards through the undercrossing (Pic 1). Afterwards go to
the left and follow the bicycle way (Pic 2) to 49°13.466N,
7°54.119E (Pic 3). Take here the small path with the sign “W”
up the hill to the cache: 49°13.564N, 7°53.995E.
If you go to the left at the crotch of the small path, you will get
directly to the Wilgarta Castle.
WAY BACK:
Take the same way back.

ha encontrado el geocache
Toll, der Cache ist wieder da und da das hier so ein toller Platz ist, haben wir bei unserer heutigen Wanderung die Burg wieder besucht.
Wir freuen uns, dass dieser Ort wieder mit einer Dose ausgestattet ist.

Den Vorlogs hier und auf geocaching.com (GCVWYF) zufolge ist der Cache nicht mehr zu finden. Der Owner sollte hier dringend vor Ort erscheinen und die Lage überprüfen; bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "momentan nicht verfügbar". Sobald die Dose erneuert wurde, so kann dieses Listing selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden. Falls jedoch innerhalb eines Monats (20.10.2024) keine Rückmeldung erfolgt, so werde ich dieses Listing archivieren.
