Descrizione
The cache has been hidden in the building of the western abutment of Śluza Katedralna (Dom Schleuse/Cathedral Lock), a wonderful relic of the old Fortress Poznan. Lock was one of the big three weirs, divided Cybina river and allowed flooding of the area between Berdychowo, Zagórze and Warta river. The lock was dismantled after the great flood of 1924, when it was proved how great the risk of flooding makes. Today has been preserved only western abutment, which until 2011 served as the magazine of the Archdiocese and was not available to the public, and the foundations of the eastern bridgehead. The foundations were demolished during the construction of the Brama Poznania - Interaktywne Centrum Historii Ostrowa Tumskiego (ICHOT, Gate of Poznań - Interactive History Centre of Cathedral Island). West outpost was opened to the public, and thanks to the mucus built footbridge linking the new building it is possible to transition from Gate of Poznań on Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski). Today Lock is a part of Brama Poznania

Heute nach einer halben Ewigkeit mal wieder die Zeit und Muse gefunden, die gesamten ausstehenden Logs unserer gesuchten und gefundenen Dosen, Earthcaches und was es sonst noch so zum loggen gibt auch online wieder auf einen halbwegs aktuellen Stand zu bringen [:)]
Nach unzähligen Tagen und durchgemachten Nächten an nervenraubender Kleinarbeit und Rätselspaß war es endlich geschafft: zusammen im Team haben wir die Geoarts im Norden Polens nahe Danzig endlich alle gelöst.

Diese haben wir natürlich während unserem Urlaub hier in Polen alle gefunden.
Damit in den Logbücher der Platz zum loggen für die Nachfolger nicht ausgeht, haben wir uns als "Team PWB" darin verewigt. [8D]
Natürlich wurden auch auf unserer An und Abreise zahlreiche Caches gesucht und gefunden.
Wir möchten uns bei der gesamten Truppe für den Zusammenhalt, den Spass und vor allem die Organisation bedanken.
Ein weiterer Großer Dank geht an ALLE Owner dieser Caches.
Dank euch wird es uns erst ermöglicht, unsem wunderschönes gemeinsames Hobby überhaupt nachzugehen und dafür bedanken wir uns recht herzlich!
Wir sagen vielen Dank an die Owner fürs Legen und Pflegen, viele Grüße und natürlich weiterhin viel Spaß an unserem schönen Hobby und der tollen Natur...

Ja es gibt doch einige, die unter jeden Log den gleichen Text schreiben. Lange hab ich mich gefragt, wofür so eine Signatur eigentlich gut ist. Jetzt hab ich dann doch noch eine plausible Antwort gefunden...
Es gibt da so ein "Author-Badge", bei dem man die höchste Stufe bekommt, wenn man durchschnittlich 100 Worte pro Log schreibt. Also habe ich jetzt beschlossen, dass ich das auch haben will! Daher werde ich künftig jeden meiner Logs um einige Worte erweitern um dieses Badge zu erhalten !!!

When we came close, we realized that this is a triple listing. Reason enough to visit it. Nice place also, and even a box that can hold a few trackables.
