In order to find this cache you will have to follow Fischbach's beautiful Philosophers' Way, passing by 3 waterfalls, 2 small caves and leading through the Wolfsschlucht . Starting at the parking lot you will walk a small trail through the woods, which takes you up about 120 feet above the parking lot. No special equipment is needed. However, you should wear clothes and footwear suitable for a forest hike and the current wheather conditions. This walk should be possible almost all year.
The Philosophers' Way was, as far as I know, created at the beginning of the 19th century on behalf of John Evangelist Limmayr. He was at his times the owner of Fischbach's Posthalterei (coaching inn) on the connection between Munich and Innsbruck. Limmayr got this walk layed out for his summer guests, since the (after a fire in 1802 newly built) coaching inn in combination with its summer cellar was a popular meeting place of the "better society" from all over Germany. Today, this route is a less crowded, pleasant way to hike offside the main route (forest road from Flintsbach) to Petersberg and the Hohe Asten.
In ancient times some wolfes might have stayed in the cave. Today the cave is mostly uninhabitated. So far I only spotted some spiders and toads in there. When you leave the cave again, please start looking for the cache in a small crevice in the direction of about 1:30h.
PS: For opening the container you would need to remember Rolf, who in 1993 in German ads said: "Fuenf ist Truempf!".
PPS: Rolf wasn't violent, so please treat the container with care. Please return to the exact same spot.

♡ Verlängertes Wochenende in Oberbayern. Sommer satt, tolle Natur, interessante Orte dank unseren schönen Hobbys mit Rex68 entdeckt. ☀️ Mehr brauch ich nicht um glücklich zu sein. 💚 Bei unserer Wanderung in der herrlichen Schlucht kamen wir auch an "Wolfsschlucht am Philosophenweg" vorbei. Die Suche dauerte etwas, die notwendige Zahl war schnell ermittelt. Der Eintrag ins Logbuch erfolgte. VIELEN DANK AN LLSmurf FÜRS HERFÜHREN, LEGEN & PFLEGEN. ♡ Ich logge manchmal zeitnah, manchmal später, manchmal gar nicht, denn mein Augenmerk liegt bei der Bewegung 🏃🏻♀️, dem Entdecken toller Orte in der Natur 🏞 und dem Erlebnis unter freiem Himmel 🌅 . Das war hier alles gegeben. TFTC

Zusammen mit m_seni führte uns Geocaching in die tolle Wolfsschlucht.
Dieser Cache stand dann natürlich auch auf dem Programm. Obwohl ich vom Fach bin, musste ich auch erst wieder googeln, Rolf liegt schon sooo lange zurück. Eigentlich ist das ja eher ein Mystery, aber die Lösung wurde gefunden und die Dose nach kurzer Suche auch.

Heute ging es mit Wilma57 auf Cachetour, um im Inntal ein bisschen "aufzuräumen". Wir sind früh gestartet und hatten ein volles Programm. Geschafft haben wir am Ende alles, die Aufräumaktion war also erfolgreich. Obwohl wir öfters mal umgeparkt hatten, kamen insgesamt doch über 18 km Fußmarsch und einige Höhenmeter zusammen. Wettertechnisch hatten wir echt Glück. Es war die ganze Zeit über trocken, mal wolkig, mal sonnig und recht warm. Waren zwar am Ende ein bisschen müde, aber es war ein schöner und kurzweiliger Ausflug. 
So, weiter gings nach Fischbach zu einer größeren Runde. Der wunderschöne Philosophenweg führte uns in die Wolfsschlucht. Schon der erste kleine Wasserfall war beeindruckend und je weiter wir nach oben kamen, desto größer und beeindruckender wurden die Wasserspiele. Alleine schon dafür war es die Anreise heute wert!
Nach dem Cache mussten wir hier ganz schön lange suchen. Die Koordinaten hüpften wie wild und mit dem Hinweis konnten wir erst auch nix anfangen. Irgendwann hatten wir die richtige Idee und fanden die Dose ganz in der Nähe einer Stelle, an der ich vorher schon mal war. Typisch! 
Die Feldaufgabe konnten wir dann zum Glück ohne Probleme meistern.
Vielen Dank für den Cache! Für die schöne Stelle und die kreative Dose gibts hier gerne ein blaues Herzerl.
