In the course of a maintenance for Schoberstein / Dachsteinblick this
Variant over the Fürstenbergstubewas my way back.
At N47 48.770 E013 34.593 leads a small path in direction of Gamskogelrück.
After the entrance was found the journey through the artificial mountain pines-way should not be too difficulty.

The OSM card serves as an good orientation aid: the path is very narrow.
If one has crossed the relatively directly downhill the way to the cache is no longer too far.

Shortly after the cache one reaches a hunterseat (here was the way somewhat unclear).
But if the way has been found again, he soon leads downhill in wide serpents to the vicinity of the Fürstenbergstube.

The way to Weißenbach-Bundesstrasse (see listing Fürstenbergstube)...
And then a 3km return path along the bike path should not be too hard to find.

In this variant this would be about 15km / 1100 HM

UPHILL version:

------------------------------------

Excerpt from the description of:
Neue Pfade Gesucht - Fürstenbergstube

The parking facilities for the warriors N 47 ° 47.371 E 13 ° 34.611

First you follow a short stretch of the forest road until you reach N 47 ° 47.435 E 13 ° 34.644 -the entrance to the path on the right side.
It is fast growing on this path, but the path is not always easy to spot, as it is overgrown with grass at this time of the year.

At N 47 ° 47.931 E 13 ° 35.096 you cross a forest road and follow an ever-worsening road up to its end.
Once you have arrived, you have to follow a slightly recognizable path, which leads through a somewhat steeper part of the forest to a crossroad.
A few meters to the right (east) and then diagonally to the left. After a few minutes the
Fürstenbergstube N 47 ° 48.300 E 013 ° 35.040
is reached.

------------------------------------

At N47 ° 48.271 E013 ° 34.981 you reach the path to the Gamskogelrücken shortly before the Fürstenbergstube.
The path, which is soon recognizable, rises in wide serpentines.
Shortly before a hunterseat the serpentines end

... and before you go through an artificial way trough mounain pines the way to the Höllengebirge ...you found  the cache.

Uphill is probably the way from now on a bit steeper ... in the descent that not so bad ...

Between Dachsteinblick and Brennerin you reach the hiking trail to the Hochleckenhaus ... or direction Schoberstein
