Description
My grandfather once told me the story about the yellow submarine.
In the world war he used to be radio operator on that U96. The end of war was near and everybody just wanted to come home to their beloved. So the captain didn't submerge anymore and let the boat been painted in bright yellow - a clear sign of surrender! They started the diesel-engines and with "warp 3" sat course homewards: Flensburg. But a squad of Lancaster-airplanes was on the way back from Dresden and still hat "ballast" onboards. They bombed the harbour and the yellow submarine which did sink just as the last man had left it.
Grandpa managed to cut out the last page of the logbook, which had written:

At least grandpa is comfort in the fact, that 24 years later Liverpool's Fab Four made a song out of his story

Das Wetter war heute bis in die Nachmittagsstunden weniger als bescheiden, später sollte es dann zum 15. Sonnenwenden-Event gehen. Der Regen ließ nach, also wurde vor dem Event noch eine kleine OC-Runde rund um das Gewerbegebiet Rude eingelegt.
Das Ergebnis war leider nur unentschieden, 4 DNF zu 4 Founds. Aber angesichts der letzten Funde vor teilweise fast 5 Jahren nicht sehr verwunderlich.
Das Geheimnis der Yellow Submarine konnte gut gelöst werden, auch wenn ich das Final zunächst etwas anzweifelte, war ja doch einige Meter entfernt. In der Ecke war ich schon lange nicht mehr unterwegs gewesen, die Ecke vom Final selbst kannte ich gar nicht.
Mit Hint war die Dose dann auch gut zu finden, tatsächlich war sie noch in gutem Zustand, etwas feucht nach fast 4 Jahren ohne Fund, aber ok.

Dem Vorlog zufolge ist das Logbuch weg. Der Owner sollte hier dringend vor Ort erscheinen und die Lage überprüfen, bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sobald der Cache wieder gesucht werden kann, so kann dieses Listing durch den Owner selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.

Eigentlich trifft DNF es nicht so richtig. Bleibt auch die Frage, wer ein U-Boot ausräumt um es anschließend wieder ordentlich zu tarnen. Vielleicht kann ich irgendwann nochmal dem Geheimnis auf den Grund gehen, aber wohl nicht mehr in diesem Urlaub.
