Tanger in Marokko ist zwar muslimisch geprägt, aber es gibt hier auch christliche Kirchen.
Die Kirche Immaculate Conception ist die einzige Kirche in der Medina (Altstadt) von Tanger. Sie wurde von der spanischen Regierung gebaut. 1871 begann man mit dem Bau, der 1880 fertig gestellt wurde.

The Church of the Immaculate Conception is a Catholic church in Tangier, Morocco. Built by the Spanish government, construction began in 1871, and the church was inaugurated in 1880. It was used by the whole city's Christian community, as well as by foreign diplomats.(source:en.Wikipedia.org)

3 weeks of holidays together with TedRedhair. Day 12 of 22 was dedicated to a daytrip from Tarifa to Tanger in Morocco. This virtual cache was the first OC cache we attempted to solve in Tanger. After a short search we found the mentioned sign with the log password.
Thanks for the tour of christian churches in Tanger.

We spent a nice day in Tanger, seeing a lot of tourist features and landmarks. We passed by the church and could find the clue easily. My first cache in Marocco. Thanks for showing!

Heute haben wir einen Tagesausflug nach Tanger unternommen. Die Kirchen haben wir natürlich alle besucht.
Generell hat ein Tag Marokko für mein Leben aber gereicht.
