This cache was by far the nicest I visited today and it was also the reason for my tour.

I had some small troubles in accessing the starting point by car. It would have been easier for me if the text would have mentioned something about where the cache starts.

The area around the starting point and the area around Stage 4 were most interesting from my personal point of view. Unfortunately, the mare farm is closed on Sundays, but at least I could observe some cute mares from some distance. The real horses provide more fascination to me that the somewhat strange large wooden construction. It is a pity that the castle Kueml is privately owned and cannot be entered.

I had no problems with the intermediary stages. Thanks to some comment in the cache description I took the right route from Stage 3 to Stage 4. Otherwise I might have taken the wrong term in between.

I was somehow surprised that a certain location has not been included into the cache (maybe because it is a bit off the round trip?).

I have to admit that I was somehow disappointed by the area where the final cache is hidden, but it might be that the reason is that I suffered from a catastrophically bad GPS-reception, sometimes I had no fixing at all. The best EPE I obtained was around 21 meters which is quite bad if one just knows that a cache is hidden between the roots of a tree. There are hardly any other objects in the target area than trees ........ - I was missing a hint very much. It was not that pleasant to walk around in the target area and having to mind each step and looking for possible hideouts. After a while I decided to concentrate my search on a certain type of tree and finally, shortly before giving up and logging my third DNF for today, I then found the cache.

The cache container and its contents are in good condition. The cache has been found on June 16 by stefan87 who also has taken out the TB.

Thank you for hiding this cache in a nice area. I enjoyed the walk very much (in particular the first part) and liked the cache except the search for the final cache (this felt more like an imposition for me and not like fun, but that's certainly a matter of taste and moreover, people with more modern GPS might have an advantage).

No trade

PS: I feel that the terrain rating 3* is too high - I would rate it with at most 2.5*. All intermediary stages are easily reachable. The terrain around the final is more difficult, but not 3* and the tour is not that long. In any case, the cache is much easier than some 2* caches I have encountered over the last months. So do not feel scared away from this cache by the terrain rating 3* if you are not that fit.
