Die Stadt Perleberg hat sogar ein Naturdenkmal (ND) in Gross Linde auf ihrer Denkmalliste.
Am Friedhof, im Nordwesten des Ortsrandes steht eine schöne und standortprägende Buche.
Fagus silvaticac, auf deutsch Rotbuche.

So eine Autofahrt kann einen ganz schön fertig machen. Was gibst es da schöneres als sich da abseits der Hauptstraße ein schönes Plätzchen unter einem schönem Baum zu suchen und einen Augenblick zu verweilen. Westprignitz, vielen Dank fürs zeigen dieses Plätzchens!
