The deserted village Guntershausen belongs to a set of hereditary yards of the Herren von Viermund. Different documents of the 13. Century (1260, 1264, 1265, 1266 and 1281) name the Herren von Viermund. The noble possessed in the old time in the village four large, later divided, allodiale yeards as well as the further wild neighbouring hereditary yards:
- Breidenhain on the height between Geismar and Louisendorf,
- Ermegersberg or Ermelsberg, later named as Hermannsberg, between Viermünden and Sachsenberg,
- Guntershausen between Schreufa and Sachsenberg,
as well as further woodlands, like the Hardt, Altenberg, Hüstengrund and the Faulebett. The von Viermund were the old, free, landed property-end noble of the village. Guntershausen became wildly in the process of the 17. Century.

Die hier gelisteten Koordinaten sind nicht mit den auf geocaching.com gelisteten Koordinaten übereinstimmend.. Da an den oben genannten Koordinaten kein Cache zu finden ist, setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sollte innerhalb eines Monats (18.03.2014) keine Rückmeldung erfolgen, werde ich den Cache archivieren.

Kleine Sonntagscachetour in der Umgebung.
Der Abschluß unserer
heutigen Cachetour, na ja, nicht ganz, in der Nähe vom Parkplatz, da wo
wir unser Auto abgestellt hatten fand ich noch einen Grenzstein, der
jetzt auch bedost ist :-).
Den Cache schnell gefunden, war ja nicht zu übersehen :-). Dann noch ein paar Fotos und ab nach Hause.
