Ich liebe diese Mammutbäume - habe mir vor ein paar Jahren einen Setzling aus dem Muir Woods NP (USA) mirgenommen, der auf meinem Balkon auch ein paar Jahre bis zu einer Größe von ca. 120 cm heranwuchs, sich dann aber in den Himmel der Mammutbäume verabschiedete.

Leider zeigen die Koordinaten nicht wirklich zum Mammutbaum. Auch der Hint ist komisch ...

Genauere Koordinaten siehe am GPS auf meinem Bild.

Ein schöner Baum
Es wäre toll, wenn die Koordinaten wirklich auf den Baum zeigen würden. Es ist aber nicht weit hinauf auf der Straße

Der Baum steht ja nicht an den Koords oder in der Nähe davon, aber wir haben ihn von der Straße aus schon gesehen. Nur sind wir direkt zum Baum, fanden die Naturdenkmaltafel aber keine Infotafel.

Super Baum und schöne Geschichte - danke fürs Zeigen !!!

Koordinaten sind meiner Meinung nach leider schon seeeehr ungenau, aber die Infotafel befindet sich zum Glück direkt neben dem Baum und dieser ist wirklich nicht zu übersehen. ;)
