This is a virtual Safari-Cache. It isn't placed on any predefined location, but can be logged anywhere. The given coordinates are only an example.

Jurassic Park Safari
They still exist... Stubbornly stick the rumors that they have become extinct millions of years ago. But you can still discover the giants of primeval times to completely exposed places sporadically.
Your task for this safari now arises as follows:
- Find a dinosaur in life-size
- Take a photo of you and / or your GPS device with him
- Determine the coordinates of the reference and put it in your log
- Optionally you can tell something to the genre of the item found
A particularly beautiful and dangerous looking one is located in Frankfurt/Main in front of the Senckenberg museum. This is the species Tyrannosaurus rex, one of the largest land predators. With a length of up to 15 m and a height of 6 m, he could reach a weight of 6-8 tonnes. The powerful jaws were armed with up to 18 cm long dagger-like teeth. He lived about 70 million years ago.
Please give the logs in the format "N/S DD MM.MMM E/W DDD MM.MMM" (for example "N 48 00.000 E 008 00.000"),
so that the locations can be shown correctly on the Safari-Cache-Map.

Heute habe ich in Wuppertal bei N 51 14.700 E 007 05.412 diesen Safari-Cache lösen können.
Zur Gattung kann ich leider nichts sagen. Die Pose erinnert eher an ein Faultier. 
Vielen Dank für den Safari-Cache.

Auf der Heimfahrt heute quasi im Vorbeifahren die Urtiere in Heppenheim gesichtet. Es musste schnell gehen, es wurde aus dem CM heraus "geschossen". 😁

Das Motiv für den Safari-Cache ** Jurassic Park Safari ** habe ich nach langer Suche und einem weiten Fussmarsch hier gefunden:
Koords: N48° 25.334 E10° 55.629
Beim Flughafen in Augsburg befindet sich ein kleiner Jurassic Park mit einigen Giganten der Urzeit. Dies war einmal ein Minigolfplatz, der aber seinen Betrieb eingestellt hat.

Nach einigen geloggten Safari-Caches habe ich festgestellt, dass ich manche Aufgabenstellungen falsch verstehe, oder nicht im Sinne der Owner umsetze. Sollte mein Log daher nicht passen, bitte einfach löschen :-).

Bei einer kleinen Wandertour Von Schwäbisch Gmünd hinauf nach Wetzgau dort einen ganzen Jurassic Park entdeckt. Esbefinden sich dort unter anderem ein Tyrannosaurus Rex, ein Allosaurus und ein Diplodocus.
